DUNCAN EVANS AND THE WEEPING STARLIGHT today unveil their powerful new single “The Starlight Weeps” while announcing the forthcoming release of their new album, The World is a War Zone, due September 18, 2026 via Widowbird Records.
“The Starlight Weeps” offers the first glimpse into the band’s expansive and emotionally charged new chapter. Opening in free time on a brooding synth drone and sheets of textured guitar noise, the track slowly gathers momentum before erupting into surging waves of bass and thunderous drums.
