Drawing musical influence from some of rock and metal’s major names including the likes of MELVINS, GENESIS and BLACK SABBATH, the resulting sound carries a classic edge with a few electronic twists. BLAZONER’S debut album Escape to Electric Land will be released on November 3rd, 2023.

The band comments further on Escape to Electric Land:
“We call it Escape to Electric Land because that’s the overall aesthetic we are going for. Our band is really loud and intense and we feel we achieved that with this release. It’s meant to be listened to as a whole. An almost sonic sleep or coma with ups and downs. Some of the material had already existed, but we didn’t know how to use it until we formed BLAZONER.”
About BLAZONER:
Hailing from Fredericksburg, Virginia, BLAZONER emerged at the beginning of 2023 and within six months their debut album was completed. Comprised of seasoned musicians, BLAZONER’s members previously performed as the post-metal band ALLUVION. Sullivan and Murray are also former members of the doom metal outfit LORD, who shared stages with the likes of WEEDEATER, EYEHATEGOD and TORCHE. BLAZONER, sees the trio developing as musicians and performers as they seek to find their groove in this new heavy incarnation. Their upcoming full-length Escape to Electric Land will be released on November 3rd, 2023.
