Echoes Of An Era is a collection of eight songs from the 1980s reimagined by ONE WORLD (R)EVOLUTION through alternative metal and modern hard rock with elements of metalcore. Set for release on December 18, 2026, ONE WORLD (R)EVOLUTION’s cover of THE GO-GO’S “We Got The Beat” is out now.

“We Got The Beat” holds a particularly personal place in Echoes Of An Era for vocalist Astrum Lux Lucis as they inspired her to pursue music. It also encapsulates a need to reconnect with the inner child who wants to play, move and enjoy being alive.

“The Go-Go’s are the reason I decided I wanted to be a rock star. I was a young drummer, and this was one of my favorite songs to play. I knew I had to include one of their songs on this project.” Astrum Lux Lucis comments.

The OW(R) version of “We Got The Beat” launches immediately into an explosive arrangement, transforming the song’s iconic drum-driven energy into a heavier metalcore attack. Clean vocals and screams bring the project’s signature sonic contrast while preserving the original’s playful spirit.

Echoes Of An Era was created through a collaboration between Astrum Lux Lucis and producer/songwriter Dusten “Dusty” Boles. Vocals are performed by Astrum Lux Lucis, with music composition, guitars, bass, and programming by Dusten Boles.

Mixing on Echoes Of An Era was completed by Dusten Boles and Frank Smith (tracks 1-7), with mastering was undertaken by Dusten Boles (tracks 1-7). Oakden Sapp produced, arranged, and mixed “Last Christmas” only, with mastering by Maor Appelbaum.

About ONE WORLD (R)EVOLUTION:

ONE WORLD (R)EVOLUTION is the creative vehicle of founder and vocalist Astrum Lux Lucis, with professional musicians and collaborators brought together to realize the vision both in the studio and onstage. The project began in Austin, TX, and is now based between Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Astrum began pursuing music long before ONE WORLD (R)EVOLUTION existed, first playing drums in a teenage band called PRIVATE OUTRAGE before ultimately moving to the front of the stage as a vocalist and solo artist under her birth name, Cheryl Hill.

Her professional development also included formal education in both the creative and business sides of entertainment. She attended Full Sail in the 1980s studying video and music production and later earned a BBA in Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of Miami, where she also studied music and music business and was a vocal principal.

Following years of performing and recording as Cheryl Hill, a major personal transformation eventually led to the adoption of the artist name Astrum Lux Lucis and the creation of ONE WORLD (R)EVOLUTION. The project’s identity grew from a desire to create music with a larger purpose: music capable of inspiring, uplifting and empowering people while remaining emotionally honest, heavy and uncompromising.

The philosophy behind the name is reflected in one of the project’s central ideas:

“Revolution requires evolution.”

ONE WORLD (R)EVOLUTION isn’t built around rebellion simply for the sake of rebellion. Its larger philosophy is that meaningful change in the world begins with transformation within the individual.
